GL-SC series electric metal plate vacuum suction lifters

GL-SC series electric iron plate suction hoist is used to lift and transport large and heavy steel plates, such as sending them to cutting machines for cutting. The standard model can carry 500kg to 2000kg plates, and can also be customized.

Configuration:

1. Vacuum pump: Oil-free air-cooled rotary vane vacuum pump, connected to 380V or install battery inside, which can generate vacuum, which is the core part of the vacuum system, with a high vacuum degree of 85%;

2. Vacuum suction cup: it is used to adsorb on the surface of the workpiece, and the rubber is in contact with the workpiece to ensure that it will not cause damage to the surface of the workpiece;

3. Vacuum filter: used to filter impurities and particles on the surface of the workpiece or in the air to ensure the service life of the vacuum pump;

4. Pressure sensor: used to visually display the vacuum pressure of the system to the operator to provide safety guarantee;

5. Push-pull valve: to control and switch the passage between the vacuum pump and the suction cup, the suction cup and the atmosphere;

6. Vacuum one-way valve: When the power failure occurs in the system, it will automatically shut off the passage between the vacuum pump and the atmosphere, lock the vacuum energy of the accumulator, provide sufficient pressure holding time, and ensure that the workpiece will not drop suddenly;

7. Manual ball valve: used to manually open or close the passage between the vacuum pump and the suction cup for easy maintenance;

8. The vacuum pressure switch is selected from the Japanese Panasonic brand, and the alarm pressure level is set to 60% vacuum;

9. Each suction cup is equipped with a manual ball valve to control the opening and closing, which ensures that the same equipment can be applied to various specifications of plates.
